Meet Our Team
Audretta Jamison, LCSW (she/her)
I’m Audretta, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping women of color as well as couples navigate life’s challenges, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow into the person they want to become.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a person-centered philosophy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can explore your experiences, gain a deeper understanding of self, and develop tools to navigate life with greater confidence and clarity. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches while honoring each person’s unique story, strengths, values, and goals.
I have a special interest in supporting women who are trauma survivors and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and challenges with self-esteem. I also offer support to couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of Christian faith into the therapeutic process.
At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful change begins with greater awareness. As we begin to recognize how our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors, we can make more intentional choices and create new possibilities for ourselves. My hope is to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths, reconnect with what matters to you, and move toward a life that is more fulfilling.
